Terms of Service

These terms cover personal use of Liloi's available web features. Separate terms and a data processing agreement may be required for organizational use. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights take priority.

COCO & TAMY provides Liloi, a private work and career record service. Manual capture is available on the Free plan. Pro may include automated collection, integrations, bulk file processing, and automatic classification.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect access to your account, and use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use.

You retain ownership of content you enter or upload. You grant Liloi only the permission needed to host, transform, classify, search, export, and otherwise process it to provide features you request.

You must have the right to process workplace materials and should not upload employer-confidential, sensitive, or third-party personal information without authorization. Liloi will not use your content to train a general-purpose AI model without separate optional consent.

AI classification starts after verified signup and scope and processing consent. One initial file batch OR plug collection run is free per account, up to 50 work items or 5,000 characters of original material sent to AI, whichever limit is reached first. Free files must contain text that Liloi can extract and count without AI; images, scanned documents and other non-countable media require Pro. Connecting alone does not use the grant; retries and continuation belong to the same operation. Later AI intake or synchronization requires Pro. Manual records remain available without this limit.

AI can misread dates, projects, participation or outcomes. Drafts are proposals, not proof of authorship, completion or a qualification. Review before including them in a worklog or resume. Unknown facts must not be represented as established facts.

Liloi's software, brand and interface belong to the operator or its licensors; this does not transfer ownership of your materials to Liloi. Your limited service-use permission does not permit copying the service or bypassing access controls. GitHub, Jira, Google authentication and Creem are separate services governed by their applicable terms. Liloi accesses only the authorized scopes and selected collection; provider permission can also be revoked at the provider.

Liloi Pro is USD 2.99 monthly or USD 32.99 annually and renews automatically until canceled unless checkout states otherwise.

Armitage Labs OÜ (Creem) is the Merchant of Record and contractual reseller. Creem collects payment, issues the buyer invoice, and handles applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. Liloi remains responsible for service delivery, support, and refund eligibility.

Use Manage subscription in Account to open the Creem customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. A refund, chargeback, or mandatory withdrawal may end Pro access earlier.

Do not use Liloi unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute malware, bypass security, access the service without authorization, commit payment fraud, or overload the service.

Liloi uses reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or perfect automatic classification. Mandatory consumer, privacy, personal-injury, fraud, and gross-negligence rights are not excluded.

You may stop using Liloi, disconnect a provider or request account deletion. Cancel subscription renewal separately through Account; deletion is not a substitute for cancellation. Retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy, and refunds follow the Refund Policy. Access may be restricted when necessary for legal compliance, a security incident or a material violation; notice and an opportunity to question the restriction will be provided where appropriate and legally required. South Korean law governs these service terms, subject to mandatory protections in your country of residence. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law; these terms impose no exclusive foreign arbitration. Contact l@liloi.ai. Purchases also follow Creem Buyer Terms.

Liloi will publish the version, publication date, effective date, and a summary of material changes. Notice or renewed consent will be provided when required. Contact l@liloi.ai.
